A former communications leader for GE and Allied Signal, Linda founded L.M. Dulye & Co. (www.lmdulye.com) in 1998 with a business process approach for improving communications effectiveness. In 2008, Linda and the L.M. Dulye & Co. team members celebrate their 10th anniversary with an impressive client roster of Fortune 500 and other large organizations. Her work with Rolls Royce Engine Services – Oakland helped that company create their “Winning Workplace” and a communications program that has been honored as recipient of the 2008 IABC Gold Quill Award.  Incentive Magazine showcased her firm’s employee engagement strategy at Rolls-Royce Engine Services for its positive business results.

Prior to launching her firm, Linda spent more than 18 years leading corporate communications departments and programs with General Electric, AlliedSignal, Duracell, Public Service Electric & Gas and Grey Advertising. At GE, she helped introduce the Work-Out process, one of the largest and most successfully applied change programs undertaken by a corporation. She worked closely with AlliedSignal CEO Larry Bossidy to launch a global Six Sigma program.

A dynamic speaker, Linda has chaired and addressed business conferences as well as facilitated leadership sessions globally. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Strategic Communication Management journal. Her work in front-line communications is featured in Essential Techniques for Employee Engagement (published by Melcrum) in which she authored the leading chapter on creating actions teams to form a committed workforce, Corporate Communications for Executives by Michael Goodman, The Self Managing Organization: How Leading Companies are Transforming the Work of Team for Real Impact by Ronald Purser and Steven Cabana.

Linda’s involvement extends beyond communications. She is a board member for the Berkshire (MA) Humane Society and an active supporter of animal shelters and Greyhound Rescue. She holds degrees from Syracuse University (BA) and Drew University (MA). Her proud ties to Syracuse include the Dulye Leadership Experience for juniors and seniors, established in April 2008.
