Lockheed Martin honors outstanding contributions of small business partners

Lockheed Martin’s Simulation, Training & Support and Missiles and Fire Control businesses recognized high-performing small business suppliers and employees at the 13th Annual Small Business Awards banquet at the Airport Hyatt Regency in Orlando in March. Each honoree has contributed significantly to the overall success of the Small Business Program.

Lockheed Martin MFC employee Charles Haugabrooks kicked-off the evening with a beautiful rendition of the "Star Spangled Banner" and "I'm Proud to Be an American."   STS President Dale Bennett and MFC Materials Acquisition & Management Vice President Bob Costello presented each winner with their award.

"We recognize and applaud quality performance, dedicated service and true commitment to small business initiatives," Costello said. "We have titled this evening's event, “Celebrating Success”—our success, your success and our country's mission success. We all take our mission very seriously. Our small business partnerships are, along with us, helping our customers in their defining moments. We truly never forget that we're working for -- the Warfighter.”
